Each One Reach One Peer Mentoring Program
A peer mentoring program for students of color, “Each One Reach One” pairs first-year students with an upperclass mentor for an entire year.

Sister Circle
A support program for undergraduate and graduate women of color focusing on opportunities and challenges in higher education and society at large.

My Sister's Keeper
My Sister’s Keeper is a student group that promotes networking and professional development opportunities among graduate and faculty women of color to enhance scholarship, positive thinking, and social and academic adjustment within the Virginia Tech Community.

Multicultural Programs and Services Finding My Path Lecture Series
The Finding My Path lecture series introduces audiences of students to the career and academic histories of minority faculty and administrators. Members of the Virginia Tech community address discovering meaning and purpose in life, and they explore important life lessons on the journey to finding their career path.

Multicultural Programs and Services Leadership Training
Leadership training for MPS organizations’ executive boards includes training in areas of program planning and implementation, as well as group dynamics.

Heritage Month Programming Committees
There are five committees responsible for creating the university’s heritage month programs.  Membership is open to all students and faculty.
