Event Services - Event Planning
Event Services staff are pleased you have chosen us to assist you with your event. Event Services is a service-oriented facet of UUSA and is comprised of the offices of Event Planning, Production Services and the UUSA Ticket Office. Our mission is to facilitate and enhance programming efforts of the Virginia Tech community by assisting in the planning and support of events. It is our goal to make every event the best it can be. To that end, we have a talented professional team of event planners, technicians, ticket sales staff and office assistants. We will work closely with you to develop plans for any event from a fundraiser to a theatrical performance.
This publication is designed to provide you with the basic information you need to start planning your event. We know it will not be enough and that a consultation with the appropriate planner may need to occur, but “your event begins here.” Please visit the Event Planning Office for more information, to seek additional assistance or to schedule an appointment with the appropriate event planner.
